Refund policy
Please read through our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth process for any returns or exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Fragrances must be unused and unopened. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a return or exchange.
2. Return Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

Contact us at enaarshop@gmail.com or call +1 382 889 1396 to request a return. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your items back to us.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or promotional products.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your fragrance for another scent or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned product in its original condition.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges: Shipping charges for the new product are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong product shipped).
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note, the cost of shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. To expedite the process, kindly include photos of the damaged or defective item when reaching out.
6. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at enaarshop@gmail.com or +1 382 889 1396. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process.

EN AAR reserves the right to update or change this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
